If the package is missing installation hardware, please send email to:

Please reference your name, ship to address, seat model (printed on the package), date of purchase and order number.

Before requesting missing hardware, please check the box. Due to potential package damage during shipping and potential loss of the mounting hardware, most of the available models are shipped with the hardware pack stapled to an end flap inside the box.

 

Return Policy

·         Request for returns should be within 30 days from receipt of product.

·         To be eligible for return, the item and packaging must be in the same condition as it was received. You may be asked to send images of damaged products and packaging. If the damaged product is not salvageable, you may be asked to properly dispose of it.

·         All returns will be inspected when returned and before credit is issued.

·         Please list the reason (s) for requesting a return. Choose from:

1.      Ordered the wrong product

2.      Wrong item shipped

3.      Product damaged in shipment

4.      Did not fit the toilet

5.      Quality did not meet my standards

6.      Not as seen on the website

7.      Changed my mind

8.      Item was defective

9.      Arrived too late

·         To minimize damage during the return – the box must be properly processed for parcel shipping.

·         All returns will be inspected when returned and before credit is issued.

·         Used seats or ones that have been installed will be discarded without inspection and no return issued.

·         All returns must include a copy of the Returns Authorization document that will be sent by support@ToiletseatPROS.com with the return ship to location.

·         Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, returned to sender or discarded.
